Having doped myself thoroughly with Noctyl, slept till after 10.30, and woke feeling rotten, with a very violent catarrh.
Now, 1.20 P.M. I feel decidedly better.
2.42 P.M. Talking to ESTAI [Jane Wolfe], who is very much better after a week's Silence. Her aura is admirable, and her sense of self has almost ceased to intrude and upset her.

Beware of allowing any personal feelings to interfere with the Work.
