At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 41, Museum-street, W.C. 1, on Saturday the 29th November, 1930, the following Resolution was passed as an Extraordinary Resolution:—

“That the Company by reason of its liabilities, cannot continue its business, and that it is advisable to voluntarily wind up and that Mr. J. J. Bolt, Corporate Accountant, 15, Philpot-lane, E.C. 3, be appointed Liquidator.”
